The Donor Relationship Management system is similar to a CRM system, but adapted specifically to meet the needs of nonprofit organizations. While the AdvansDRM does track interactions with donors in a manner similar to how a CRM tracks customers, the DRM is also designed to manage fund raising campaigns and events. Mail merge functionality automatically generates lists of prospective donors based on user-defined criteria. Users create templates for emails and letters to create solicitation materials from the user-defined list. Emails are sent directly from the application.
All forms of gifting and pledges, including gift matching, can be tracked and work in conjunction with fund raising efforts to provide real-time status of donor activity and the progress of campaigns. With over 50 prebuilt reports and ad hoc querying capability, users can perform analysis of fund raising campaigns to improve their efficiency. |
